Religious and Benevolent Groups Conclude Season in Austin

St Catherine's Bible class in Austin held its final meeting of the season on June 6 and will resume in late September with church history studies. Children’s Day is observed June 18 across Protestant churches, with decorations and special services planned. The Church of the Neighborhood in West Maywood will meet in the pavilion, with Rev Hulbert of Detroit officiating on June 13. Oak Park graduates to hear address at First Congregational

The Oak Park High School commencement week opens with a June 15 address to the graduating class at the First Congregational Church Bac calaureate at Ohio Street School. An Ohio Street School reception showcased art, science, and athletic displays by fifth to seventh graders under Mr Worst.

The board of education on March 25 directed that high school graduating exercises admit only by ticket.
