Joseph Eisen of 91 Plane Street Newark was arraigned in the Second Precinct Police Court on charges of illegal liquor selling. Rev. William L Cunningham, rector of St Marys Church, testified after spotting activity at the rear door of the Eisen saloon during a Holy Name parade.
