Frederic Naylor died at his home on Union Avenue after a three year illness. He was fifty and survived by his wife and daughter Thelma aged seventeen, three sisters and one brother. Born in England he moved to Paterson then to this town twenty years ago. He was operated on in Newark General Hospital and had been ill since. Funeral at his home at eight this morning with Rev. Douglas Matthews and Rev. Chester Hoyt officiating. Interment in the Methodist Cemetery on Passaic Avenue.

William Towne, supervising sewer work on Washington Avenue, received a strange phone tip that Isidha Ford, stolen a month earlier from Pine Brook, would be found near the north side of Pagoda station. Falls. Three Stories as Cornice Gives Way
Julius Feder, 31, of 32 Madden Street Fast Orange, fell from the roof of the new building at 273 Franklin Avenue while soldering an unsupported cornice. He fractured his ankle and suffered serious head and body injuries after a 30 foot drop onto bricks. He was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Passaic by Dr. E P Whelan. work on the site was stopped.
