Pearls Found in Oyster at Dinner in Grant Street Home
Miss Isabelle Duncan found thirty pearls inside a fried oyster at her Grant and Washington avenues home. A larger pearl, not heated, was kept by a servant who plans to mount it in a pin. The pearls were from one oyster sold by Barr Brothers with Peter DeKeyser noting no duplication yet.
