Mrs Annie Royce Carr mother of Commissioner Arthur R Carr died Friday at 95 Hillside Avenue after a cancer illness. She was 75 and widow of William S Carr born in Greenwich Village New York. She moved to Nutley recently and funeral is at 12 30 PM tomorrow at St Pauls Congregational Church with burial in the Greenwood family plot. Youngest Lusitania Survivor Thrives At Home on Chestnut Street
William Dogherty Jr., fourteen months old, of 114 Chestnut street, is celebrated as the youngest Lusitania survivor. His mother Mrs. William Docherty reports the baby’s health remains excellent after the sea disaster, which occurred when he was two months old. The family, once living on Long Island, moved here months ago and plans a family party on the first anniversary of the sinking. Mrs. Docherty’s claim for belongings and money, about $3,000, has not been paid. Henry W. Goodrich has taken up the case with Rimeel to pursue compensation.
