Father John P. Morris rector of St. Marys Catholic Church died at his niece Mrs B C Le Bel home after a long illness and a malignant carbuncle operation. Church bells tolled mourners filled the church and Nutley friends attended viewings and services at St Marys. He was laid to rest in Paterson with Young Mens Lyceum guards guiding the procession.
