Death of Sun owner James Foy at his Franklin Ave home
James D. Foy, owner and editor of The Sun, died Tuesday morning at 7:30 at his Franklin Avenue home after acute dilation of the heart. He had been ill three weeks but showed signs of recovery. funeral services will be held at his former Nutley home with Nutley Lodge of Masons in charge. Survived by his widow and son Johnson, with a sister in Chicago.
