Incendiarism Suspected At Passaic Quarry Boiler House
For the second time in a year the Passaic Quarry Company boiler house on Avondale road caught fire Sunday evening. The building lay outside the fire district and over nine hundred feet of hose were used to reach a stream. The blaze began before the alarm and the loss was about 4200, with damage undetermined. Authorities suspect incendiary origin.
