Board of Education Holds February Meeting at Park School
The regular meeting approved the resignation of President Bouvier and elected Dr. George B. Philhower to fill the vacancy while H W Goodrich became vice president. Attendance fell due to severe weather and illness, causing some grades to run half days as teachers proved hard to secure. Nutley plans strong Essex County display for the St. Louis Exposition as the second half of the school year begins February 1.
