Funeral for Henry Osborne at Nutley Church Street Home
The funeral for Henry Osborne of Church street will be held tomorrow at 2.30 PM from his late home. Rev. H. J. Condit will officiate with interment in Reformed Church Cemetery. Survived by seven children including Samuel in Australia and William in Chicago, five sons and two daughters, with Louise Osborne living with him in Newark. He was 79, born in Walsall England and came to the United States about 25 years ago settling in Newark then Nutley for 14 years. His nephews serve as pallbearers and he was related to Mrs. Thomas Clements of Hillside avenue.

Robert Callahan of 75 Bleeker Street alias RK E Kelly of 152 Washington Street Newark was arrested by Patrolman George Maliza after wandering near Nutley Park. He said he went to help a girl in Passaic, rode a saloon stop, and awoke far from home. He was jailed overnight, arraigned, then released with warning to stay out of Nutley after dark.

The 62 year old James D. Dickerson died Saturday from internal trouble after living in the town for ten years from Newark. A funeral was held at his late home 25 New Street with Good Intent Council Nutley Council Jr O U A M and Nutley Masonic Lodge pallbearers. Rev Gordon W Bentley of St John’s Passaic officiated and interment followed at Bloomfield Cemetery. He leaves a widow and daughter Mrs Albert Hallack of Passaic.
