Longfelder reports seven districts have not contributed to the war fund while others pledge monthly amounts. Afinance committee compiles donor names and amounts, aiming to publish the list in a few weeks and boost town interest in the drive.
The Woman's Club will meet Monday at the Chestnut street clubhouse under the Home Economics Section led by Mrs. Nils B. Hersloff. Mrs. Charles L. Sargeast, lecturer for the Home Makers, will speak and guests are invited.

Miss Edith Iliffe daughter of Mr and Mrs Clarence Iliffe of Colonial Terrace wed Lloyd Van Winkle son of Mr and Mrs Court land Van Winkle of Franklin Avenue Tuesday night at St Pauls Congregational Church in Brooklyn. The ceremony was led by J T Whitaker pastor with Rev Henry J Condit and Allister Harkness assisting. The bridal party wore elaborate gowns and bouquets and a reception followed at the bride’s home. The couple will reside at 102 Franklin Avenue after a short wedding trip.
The Fund to buy an ambulance for the United States army is being raised by the Masonic Discordorium. The district includes Nutley Newark Kearny Arlington and Belleville with Frederick Harries as chairman and a committee of eight others.
