On Thursday night in the above alleys a team from James T. Boyd Council Bloomfield met Nutley Council bowlers. Nutley squad posted the stronger game though both sides posted solid scores. Belleville Township Committee met Wednesday to ask Watley Town Council about plans to settle a dividing ring issue between Belleville and Watley.
The regular Kempton Council Royal Arcanum meeting at Masonic Hall is set for Monday night January 8 with progressive euchre and a lodge musical program after business. Officers will be installed January 23. A ladies night with dancing and bridge is planned for January 31 at Fort nightly Club House. February 13 features a valentine party and address by Judge Alfred J. Skianer. his talk moved from January 28 to February 13. A theatre party supports the Employment Bureau for Newark on May 16. The Prudential Girl for 1908 is highlighted in the company calendar with noted features and charm.
