A Milan man Steven Rockwell 21 was treated for whiplash after a rear-end collision on Main and Church Streets. James Zimmerman 26 of Milan failed to stop behind Rockwell. Kenneth Montgomery 28 of North Fairfield sustained minor injuries when Warren Hefner Jr. from Shiloh hit his car on South Main Street.
