Norwalk Boy Faces Ring Theft Charges
A 15 year old Norwalk boy was charged in juvenile court with taking jewelry valued at $300 from Mrs. Phil Regal’s home at 61 Simpson Street in August. The case cites two diamond rings and a plain gold wedding band missing after Aug. 23. The boy will be turned over to juvenile court. other items from the same incident are noted. Richard H. Hillman and William A. Bursley were fined in Norwalk Mayor's Court for speeding and peeling tires respectively.
