Herschel Merton Colahan, 50, of Norwalk died after his eastbound car struck the rear of a semitrailer making a right turn onto a truck stop on U S Route 20 near Clyde. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital then Memorial Hospital Fremont for autopsy.

Two City Substations Energized in Test Run

Dr Samuel H Sheppard charged with second degree murder in the death of his wife Marilyn in 1954, after his life sentence was overturned. Five Youths Arraigned On Burglary in Huron County Court

Five youths faced burglary related charges in Huron County Common Pleas Court. Robert Mann 18 and Thomas Ward 19 pleaded to grand larceny with hearings set and bonds ranging from 500 to 4,000 dollars. New Traffic Signal Planned at Route 224 and 13 Intersection
