The Ohio EPA allows Huron County Health Department to issue septic tank permits for Milan Manor after a building ban on new sewer connections was clarified. The issue traced to 1972 sewer upgrade pressure and included junkyard and demolition matters under review by Prosecutor William W Owens with several cases awaiting action.
