Grass fire disrupts 100000 Ohio Bell customers in Cleveland

Two brothers aged 14 and 12 were charged after a grass fire under the Brooklyn Bridge damaged 21 telephone cables, knocking out service to about 100,000 customers. FBI and police traced the blaze. a 10-year-old is still sought.
