A Norwalk woman, Georgie Case, was struck in the shoulder by a metal ball thought to come from a slingshot while driving on Lovers Lane Road near Ohio 113. She was treated and released at Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital. Eloy Alvarez, 18, Berlin Heights, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested as deputies found them camping nearby.
