Market Place Builder Puts Computer In His Tool Box

Pre-cut lumber and 99 item work lists speed construction, control budgets, and track profits, with costs in Norwalk 10 percent higher due to lot prices. Morley builds 20 basic styles including two story and ranch homes, complete with landscaping and appliances, selling from 49000 to 130000 dollars. The article also notes local supplier use, weather-driven crew allocation, and a locally themed development in Lexington with a community pool membership.
