Stolen Car Involved In Norwalk Collision Alert
A Norwalk man, Joe Watts, reported his car struck on Cline Street by a vehicle later found stolen from William Ridgeway. Ridgeway described his own stolen car after investigators linked the two incidents. Watts later denied Ridgeway as the driver. case remains under investigation.
