Norwalk Family Delivers Reflector for Nine Years

The Smith siblings from Norwalk started delivering the Reflector near Westwood Mobile Park and West Washington St. in 1969. Over years, eight children joined, earning money to pay their own tuition at St. Mary and St. Paul Schools, with Rita and Jean noting cold weather as the toughest part and math benefited from counting money. Reflector circulation manager Ken Kosic called the nine year route unusually long for a carrier.
