Three Escapees From Tiffin State Mental Hospital
Barry E. Christman, 20, of 72 Key Drive Norwalk, escaped with Loddell Thweapp, 34, from Lodi California, and Ronald Kidwell, 39, of Ashland, from the Tiffin State Mental Hospital around 1 a.m. They overpowered two attendants using clubs shears and knives and tied them up as they fled.
