Comatose Ohio teen dies after football injuries
Randal Carmen, 17, who had been in a coma since September 21 after head injuries during a game, died early today at Elyria Memorial Hospital. His parents had requested removal of life support. doctors said brain activity had ceased and hospital officials cited natural causes. The father said God loaned him for nearly 18 years.
