Norwalk Woman Injured In City Intersection Crash
Jan L. Martin 20 of 50 W. Main St. was admitted to Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital in satisfactory condition after a Sunday morning crash at Cline Street and Milan Avenue. Police charged her with failure to stop after she turned around while heading south on Cline and later claimed amnesia.

Minibike Found Behind Elm Street Residence

Man Eats Credit Card in Court Case Twist
Robert Dowdell 25 is charged with fraud after using a stolen gasoline card to buy fuel. He allegedly ate the card and tried to swallow the receipt, but an attendant retrieved the signed portion. Judge Richard Matia released him on 1000 dollars bond and set November 23 for further proceedings.

Bellevue teen directs traffic after U S 250 wreck
Steven Claus, 19, of Bellevue and an unidentified passenger direct traffic around their car on U S 250 after a collision with Zelma Claire Spray, 35, of Milan. Claus was cited for failure to drive on the right half after braking on wet pavement. Spray’s northbound car crossed from the Norwalk Bargain Center area. Terry Greenaway, a Claus passenger, reported injuries. Two other Conneaut passengers were uninjured.
