Wakeman will skip Trick or Treat night in 1972 and host a village parade and party for children who wish to participate. The mother of an eight year-old Norwalk girl told Norwalk police Monday a boy pushed her daughter causing her to fall and break her glasses. Police questioned the boy and his parents. the boy denied the accusation. Authorities said Juvenile Court filing would be required before further action.
