The Huron County Board of Education hired Mrs. Harlan Fisher as EMR supervisor of programs for educable mentally retarded pupils. She will work with Norwalk Bellevue Willard and four county districts under a one year contract. Enrollment in four counties totals 5034 with Western Reserve leading.
