Pauline E. Hull 52 of 246 West Main Street admitted foot slip while approaching a Walnut Street traffic light. Her car struck Michael C. Osborne 26 of 98 Benedict Avenue's jeep, causing heavy damage and curb impact. Hull charged with failure to stop in an assured clear distance. No injuries. Democratic candidate David Noble says he trails Congressman John Ashbrook by six percentage points in the 17th District poll taken by Noble's campaign.
