Farleys to be honored on 50th wedding anniversary
Monroeville couples Mr and Mrs Maurice Farley Sr will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open reception from 5 to 10 p.m. at Knights of Columbus Hall in Monroeville The couple married Oct 2 1923 in Norwalk and have lived in Huron County all their lives.

Sara Lynn Perry wed Larry James Silcox at St Francis Xavier Church in Willard. The bride, daughter of Mr and Mrs Earl Perry, wore white nylon with blue satin waist trim, a blue mantilla and carried her grandmother's linen handkerchief and 23 yellow roses. The groom, son of Mr and Mrs Clifford Silcox, is a Norwalk deputy sheriff. After a reception they honeymoon in the Bahamas and Smoky Mountains, then live at 4 Rose Ave. Activities include local club notices and meetings.
