UNITED FUND PRESIDENT Reports Early Totals At 9600

In 89 600 UNITED FUND drive President B Harry Parke says collections and pledges reach about 9600 with more expected today. Industrial division previews indicate a strong showing over last year while solicitors are urged to complete work by Drive Chairman George Manyak. IBEW Officials Maintain No Comment In Ohio Telephone Contract Fight

IBEW Local 986 officials persist with a no comment stance on the union position in the contract dispute with Northern Ohio Telephone Co.
