Joseppi's Name Change and Other Norwalk Developments

Joseppi's at 54 E Main St plans a name change and facelift after the Friendly Corners liquor license transfer. All Ohio Sports International bought the restaurant Sept 1 and opened for lunches Sept 15, with dinner service starting Dec 11. A contest will name the new restaurant while plans include ribs chops and steaks at moderate prices. Previous Italian menu is discontinued.

Ohio Power Seeks Rehearing On 8.4 Million Refund Order

Ohio Power Company, the state’s largest utility, plans a rehearing of a PUCO order requiring an 8.4 million dollar rebate to residential and commercial customers for 1976 overcharges. The company says the decision is unfair and reflects hindsight.
