Dr. Tom Haggai will speak at the Victory Appreciation Dinner of the Firelands Area Council in Sandusky on December 8. About 700 adult scouters are expected at Firelands High School at 6 30 p.m. Awards will include Silver Beaver and Silver Fawn for volunteers. 2 200 new boys goal recognized.
