Ohio House OKs $8 Million Jeep Loan for Toledo Plant

The measure, cleared 81-4 in the House, heads to full Senate after quick committee action. The package also funds a joint panel to study rising health care costs, with a 30 week, $65,000 program. In separate action, bills ease junk-car removals, expand coroners lab use for health and law enforcement testing, and modify part of the child adoption law.
