Plumber James Robison and contractor Max Dunlap were convicted of murder and conspiracy in the 1976 car bomb killing of investigative reporter Don Bolles. After the verdicts, Attorney General Bruce Babbitt said more arrests could follow in the Phoenix case. Bolles was critically injured on June 2, 1976 when a bomb exploded under his car outside a Phoenix hotel.
