Father Charged In Halloween Death Of Child
In Pasadena Texas a father, Robert Clark O Bryan, was charged with murder by poison after his 8 year old son Timothy Mark O Bryan died from a cyanide laced candy straw. Police found four other cyanide candy straws in the neighborhood but no other victims. Timothy, a third grader at Carpenter Elementary School, died after eating a single straw late Halloween night. The father, an optometrist, was held on 100000 bond as the investigation continued.
