Police pursued Roger L. Hamilton 21 through Norwalk streets at high speed after a noise complaint. His car struck a tree and a two car garage, collapsing the rear wall and trapping him. he was hospitalized in fair condition and later fined 725 dollars with jail time. Officer Michael G.
