Norwalk Council approves most ordinances amid one dissent
Norwalk City Council passed nine ordinances and two resolutions with a single dissent. Councilman Allen Hakes opposed second reading on a large Robert Price tract rezoning, insisting hearings are needed by June 2 due to resident objections. Price seeks R-2 on most of 110 acres for apartments and a smaller commercial area north of the county fairgrounds.
