Longtime Organist Agnes Heath Dies at 82
Agnes A Heath 82 of 34 Chatham Street died Tuesday night at Fisher Titus Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Born March 1 1888 in Norwalk she lived here all her life and served as organist at First Baptist Church for over 50 years. She also played at Kubach Smith Funeral Home for 15 years and belonged to Eastern Star and the church auxiliary. Survivors include son Raymond Norwalk daughter Marjorie Meyer Ashland six grandchildren one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Burial is Woodlawn Cemetery after services at Kubach Smith Funeral Home Friday 2 PM officiated by Rev Paul Smith.
