New Possibility For Parking Lot Financing Considered
Councilman Robert Williams says downtown Norwalk may finance a new parking lot with a revenue mortgage from a local bank instead of general obligation bonds. The idea arose after a discussion with David Rowlinson of Squire, Sanders and Dempsey. Williams expects a decision in a few days and notes higher parking charges may be needed for premium spaces.
