Evicted Tenant Ordered To Clean Damaged Norwalk Home
The Huron County Health department ordered the former tenant at 742 Mill St Norwalk to clean the premises after inspectors found broken windows, spoiled food and excrement. Property manager Nellie Staley reported trash and litter across every room since eviction at end of April. County sanitation chief Roger Dixon said the tenant violated housing rules. In Cincinnati a Kentucky Derby betting law clash led a judge to dismiss a 25 cent bingo charge as technically illegal despite a 4.5 million dollar Derby bet allowance.
