Feathery Cloud Tornado Strikes Delphi Area, Damages Homes
Twenty-year-old Jeanne Clark described the twister as a feathery cloud as it tore through a hamlet between Willard and Greenwich. It demolished two mobile homes owned by Orra Briggs and left families sheltering in a house, a baby raccoon found among debris, and residents recounting the winds from north to south.
