Rubright Pleased With Ruling In Norwalk Teacher Case
Norwalk schools Superintendent James Rubright welcomed Judge Robert Smiths ruling allowing limited subpoenas in the hearing over Norwalk High math teacher Miss Hart who was dismissed mid January for gross inefficiency. The judge barred access to all student disciplinary records and set the scope to witnesses and records connected to Hart s classes. The hearing likely resumes May 31.
