Recall Vote Imminent for Cleveland Mayor Kucinich
Cleveland voters may decide Mayor Dennis Kucinich's fate after petitions filed by recall supporters show 47,547 names, well above the 37,500 required. If enough valid signatures are found, Kucinich could resign within five days or face a recall election, followed by a mayoral primary and general election within 120 days. The plan could be challenged in court over whether signers need to have voted in the last election.
