Rapist Allowed To Roam Free In Ohio Campus

William Milligan, 23, a multi personality rapist, was sent to the Mental Health Center at Athens Ohio but is allowed to roam free unsupervised in Athens and on the Ohio University campus. Franklin County Common Pleas Court Judge Jay Flowers ruled last December that Milligan raped kidnapped and robbed three OSU area women but declared him innocent due to insanity.

Willard Teenager Drives Parents Car In Wild Police Chase

Zelpha Brewer 15 of Willard was hospitalized in fair condition after a high speed chase that began when officers spotted her at a red light. The car rammed a patrol cruiser, veered into a field, and ended with a head-on crash into a telephone pole before she was taken to the Willard Area Hospital. Delinquency charges and a warrant from the Ohio Youth Commission are pending.

Davis-Besse May Face Cooling System Problems Like TMI

United Press International reports the Davis-Besse plant near Toledo Ohio and eight other reactors in five states may share cooling system issues with Three Mile Island. NRC official notes all were built by Babcock and Wilcox and Toledo Edison plans extended maintenance shutdown as tests proceed. John P Williamson says monitoring TMI and will not restart until backup systems are confirmed safe.
