Norwalk High School home economics class taught by Sharon Turini presents easy Hawaiian dishes to brighten winter menus. The recipes include Banana Hawaiian Delight, Kavai Surf Banana Loaf Cake, Ham Specialty, Hawaiian Sweet Potato Balls, and a pineapple marshmallow whip dessert with pineapple syrup.
