Driver Dozes and Truck Crashes Near Norwalk
A Rogers Ohio man, Richard L. Staggers Jr., 32, was injured when his semi overturned in a ditch on U S 250 south of Norwalk after he fell asleep. The 50,000 pound steel bar load caused trees to fall as the truck struck five, then three, trees. Staggers was taken to Fisher Titus Memorial Hospital.
