Willard Residents County Dog Law Debate and Alley Repairs
Willard residents pressed the council Monday night on the new dog law and deteriorating alleys. Council president James Slosser cited lack of funds but said money is allocated for street and alley repair, a process that could take four to five years. City Manager Michael Orenic assured hydrant flushing would start, noting the issue lies in distribution lines rather than the water plant. Police Chief Jack Fryman advised drivers to obey stop signs as the city addresses hazards from parking on both sides of streets.
