Health Board Elects Fritz In Huron County
Alvin Fritz, 82, was reelected president of the Huron County Board of Health. Corinne Beck was reelected vice president. The board declined to post a condemned property sign at 86 Woodlawn Ave until a tenant finds another residence. Sanitarian Fred Monroe reported a house at that address is unfit for human habitation. Condemnation actions were discussed for other Norwalk homes and a residence in Electric Heights. A separate bar incident left Richard L. Ely injured and planning assault charges. A rash of thefts at North Pleasant Street apartments damaged vehicles and radios. The report notes the condemned February 1976 family moved to Michigan, then returned.
