Explosion lawsuit settles in Huron County court
Becky and Michael Kessler sued Federated Department Stores and Revlon over a perfume bottle explosion at the Gold Circle Store in Midway Mall on November 1 1975. Mrs Kessler was blinded briefly by the blast. The case ended after two days of trial with undisclosed terms. lawyers were Herbert Freeman Archibald and Parker Orr.
