Huron County Commissioners approved 939 in dog damage claims paid from the dog and kennel fund for animals killed or injured by dogs in 15 incidents from December through March. Norwalk Man Arrested After Father Hurt In Pickup Fall
Dennis A. Bishop, 20, was jailed for resisting arrest after his father Henry Bishop fell from a moving pickup on Prospect Street. Henry was treated at Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital in fair condition. Dennis faced charges, license plate and license violations, and a 10 percent of 5000 bail. Witness Sneddon filed an assault complaint. Police also reported window breakage at Frederick Machine Shop with ice fragment recovered.
