Norwalk police raided the apartment at 31 W Seminary St on Friday after staking it out and obtaining a warrant amid reports of drug use and youths visiting during lunch and after school. Ford layoffs amid March car build drop contrasts GM cuts

Streaking Incident Leads to Public Indecency Charges in Norwalk
